Alex has spent over 25 years amassing an expansive and varied record collection spanning jazz fusion, soul, disco, yacht rock, house, Balearic sounds and beyond, earning a reputation as a dedicated selector, community founder, radio presenter and promoter of events and parties across the UK and further afield.

Founder of MyhouseYourhouse (MHYH) Radio, Alex spent nearly two decades building a global community of DJs and listeners through online broadcasting and events across the UK, Europe and the US. His long-running deep house show A SPACESHIP continues that thread through live broadcasts and mixes.

Alex is also one half of DJ duo LOOSE JOINTS, known for their house-focused parties at Movers in Nottingham, as well as over ten years of Sunday sessions at The Angel, built simply around playing the music they love, sharing new discoveries and pulling out records they think deserve to be heard.
