Our Contemporary Circle of generous patrons is a brilliant group of friends and supporters who directly donate towards the work we do. By joining today, you will be providing vital support during these continually challenging times and helping us to keep art free for everyone.

There are three levels of giving:

Supporter Circle: £400 per year (£375 Donation / £25 Benefit)

  • Invitations to Private Views

  • Supporter Circle Patrons will receive an invitation to our seasonal Private Views. These events are held to celebrate the opening of each exhibition season, where guests are among the first to view our new exhibitions and hear directly from the artists and curators who worked on the shows.

  • Nottingham Contemporary Patrons are publicly credited for their support on our ‘Thank You’ wall in the gallery foyer and the Supporter page of our website for the duration of their patronage.

Benefactor Circle: £1,500 per year (Donation: £1,375 / £125 benefit)

Benefactor Circle Patrons will receive all the benefits of the Supporter Circle, in addition to:

  • Opportunities to attend seasonal privately hosted events such as collection visits, studio tours, artist talks and gallery hops. These events provide meaningful moments to engage on a deeper level with Nottingham Contemporary’s programme and the wider artistic landscape. They also offer opportunities to meet likeminded art lovers, collectors, cultural professionals and philanthropists.

Director’s Circle: £5,000 per year (Donation £4,750 / Benefit: £250)

Director’s Circle Patrons will receive all the benefits of the Supporter Circle and Benefactor Circle, in addition to:

  • One invitation each year to our seasonal artist lunches. These intimate celebratory events are held to mark the launch of each new exhibition season. Guests include those who help make each season possible, including exhibiting artists, curators, writers, academics, gallerists and collectors.

  • Enjoying a closer relationship with Nottingham Contemporary’s Director, Salma Tuqan, giving unique insight into Nottingham Contemporary’s future activity through close communications.

  • Private Curator-Led Tour. Host one private tour at Nottingham Contemporary per year for up to 12 of your guests, led by a member of Nottingham Contemporary’s expert curatorial team (subject to availability).
