Food & Home Fair Launch Evening
We are celebrating the opening of our Food & Home Fair at Contemporary with a Launch Evening on Fri 17 Apr, 5pm-8pm. Bar open until 9pm.
Not only do we have an exciting lineup of makers and food & drink specialists joining us at Nottingham Contemporary (check out the full list here) but we also have an exciting evening of music, food pop ups, drink and activities.
We're thrilled to be hosting a food pop up with Nottingham legends slice 'n' brew for our launch evening - tuck into some mouth-wateringly good local Brooklyn-inspired pizzas.
Plus, we'll be dancing the night away with music from Rewyld who blurs genre boundaries to craft deep, magical connections on the dancefloor. With a sound rooted in Afro house, Baile Funk, Dancehall, Garage, Jungle and beyond, she creates immersive, genre-fluid journeys that invite dancers into lush sonic worlds.
It gets even better! As well as a first chance to shop with over 40 wonderful stallholders, there's late night access to our galleries with two exhibitions from Dala Nasser and Shahana Rajani, late-night shopping in Shop Contemporary and free drinks to the first 100 guests! Plus local Notts beers will be poured all night at Blend at Contemporary - the perfect end to a Friday!
If you can't make the launch evening on Friday night, don't worry! We will be here all weekend to shop at the fair.
Weekend Fair opening hours:
Sat 18 Apr 10am-5pm
