1525 Food For Thought: Imaginarium
Come along to our casual and comfy reading space hosted by artist and youth programmer, Chan Hyacinth Fagan.
Within this session we will explore the concept of the ‘Imaginarium’ – a place and space dedicated to cultivating imagination, creativity and exploration. We will be exploring imagined inner symbols, meanings and worlds taking inspiration from the work of Chico da Silva currently on display in Gallery 1.
Food for thought is a relaxed ‘reading’ space - a place to snack, chat and learn together. We use the term ‘reading’ in an expansive way; the subject we might be studying from can include books, videos, podcasts and sound in a workshop style setting.
You will encounter the subject matter during the session so there is no need to read or know anything ahead of the session. If you would like to attend this session and have any concerns, please get in touch with Chan, our youth programmer via email at cfagan@nottinghamcontemporary.org and we’ll try our best to support you!
This event is aimed at 15 - 25 year olds.
