We are excited return for a second year of the Food and Home Fair at Contemporary this Spring.
Our Food & Home Fair will showcase over 40 stalls across the weekend 17-19 Apr, with a celebratory launch evening on Fri 17 Apr. This fair looks to celebrate and showcase artisan food and drink specialists as well as a variety of independent makers and designers working across homeware: ceramics, glassware, candles, textiles, floristry, soaps and more.
Nottingham Contemporary are well established for our successful Craft and Print Fairs, attracting visitors from Nottingham and beyond. Our previous Craft and Print Fairs draw around 5000-7000 visitors. We attract a wide variety of talented makers from the East Midlands as well as from across the country.
Application requirements:
We are looking for independent designers, makers and small businesses selling artisan food and drink or crafted homeware.
Applications will be carefully selected on the quality of their submission. We aim to bring a variety of fields, price points and makers to our audiences. Due to the number of applications we receive, we are unable to accept all applications. We do hold a reserve list if spaces become available.
Stalls cost £185 (inclusive of the 3 days)
If you are a preparing fresh goods and would prefer to do fewer than 3 days due to baking or cooking limitations, let us know via email and we can try to accommodate this.
Included in the cost:
- Trestle table approx 182x68cm, white tablecloth and two chairs (optional)
- Marketing via social media to our wide audience
- Paid social media advertising
- Printed flyers (+7000) and posters distributed around Nottingham
- Hand to hand flyer distribution during the weekend of the event
- Launch Evening on Fri 17 Apr (a preview evening with music, food & drink plus free drinks to the first 100 visitors)
- Mail outs to our wide audience and details across our website
- Other marketing outreach
- Our galleries will also be open and are a popular attraction in Nottingham
-10% discount in our shop and the café, Blend
- Team to assist set up / take down
- Free tea and coffee throughout the weekend
- Walls, (if you have selected one, at an extra cost) which you can screw, pin, nail and stick directly onto
