Catch Feels is a five-part podcast, made in collaboration with artist Meera Shakti Osborne and DJ producer AG. It sits alongside a wider project and touring exhibition entitled Making Histories, where different groups around the UK explore a single emotion in each session by sharing sounds, experimenting with textiles and simply talking about it together.

Episode 1:

The first episode looks at the topic of grief, exploring ideas surrounding mental health, Covid-19, gender identity and death.

You can find some grief-specific and general mental health resources and services here.

You can view the episode transcript here.

Episode 2:

Episode two focuses on the emotion of pride, exploring ideas relating to collective and individual pride, as well as Queer and cultural identities.

You can view the episode transcript here.

Episode 3:

Episode three is centred around serenity. 1525 Collective members discuss what experiences, sounds and feelings bring on the feeling of serenity, and the difficulties we sometimes encounter when trying to bring on such feelings of calmness and peace.
