Nottingham Contemporary is committed to protecting your privacy. We will only collect data from you when you request to join our emailing list through a double opt in process online, or by a single opt in process at our venue.

Your name and email address is the only complusary information that you need to supply to join our emailing list. Additional information is optional and is only used by us to gain insight into our visitors age, location and interests. All information is held in accordance to the data protection act 1998 and will never be passed on to a third party. By joining our emailing list we will send you emails to keep you up to date with news, exhibitions and events which you have indicated will be of interest to you.

You can opt out of our mailing list or update your information at anytime by following the link on the email you received.

We will never send your data to third parties and we will not send data to areas where an adequate data protection policy is not in place.
