Just inside out main entrance, Shop.Contemporary is one of the nicest shops in Nottingham. There is always interesting new jewellery, gifts or homeware. Our shelves are stocked with a superb range of books that reflect the themes of our current exhibitions. Look out for some beautiful books about architecture.
We publish our own books too - including the catalogues for our David Hockney and Frances Stark exhibitions, Star City: The Future Under Communism and the catalogue for our fascinating Klaus Weber show There is also a wide range of books for children of all ages that make reading a real pleasure. We have a full range of arts and culture magazines too.
We stock stunning jewellery by both local craft makers like Milly Moore and some niche national brands such as Tatty Devine, Lost at Sea and Lucie Ellen.
Look out for gorgeously illustrated Lush Designs homeware. You can buy our Nottingham Contemporary striped mugs, stationary and tea towels too. Our lace tote bags uses the design on the outside of our building - a victorian design based on cherry blossom.
