Look out for our new Family Friends in the galleries – or ask at reception. They are there to help you and your children get the best out of your visit to Nottingham Contemporary and can tell you about our baby changing room, our roomy lift – or direct you to the café where the staff are very happy to heat bottles or show you the special children’s menu.

Pick one up from a Family Friend or at our Reception. The kit includes all sorts of games, stimulating the imagination of our younger visitors. Download one below.

1pm – 4pm. Free. Drop in.

At weekends you can take part in our free creative sessions, with a link to our exhibitions. Enjoy games, movement, music, and making in a welcoming, relaxed environment.

Free Badge for every child

Every child gets a free badge, don't forget to pick yours up when you visit, just ask at reception.
