Diane Arbus

The Diane Arbus exhibition featured approximately 70 works by one of the most significant photographers of the twentieth century. As well as including some of Arbus’ most celebrated images, it featured lesser-known early works, and a rare portfolio of original prints produced shortly before her death. The exhibition took place 17th July – 3rd October 2010 alongside Gert and Uwe Tobias, and was part of ARTIST ROOMS. This is a collection established through the d’Offay Donation in 2008, with the assistance of the National Heritage Memorial Fund, the Art Fund and the Scottish and British Governments; it is exhibited across the UK with the support of the Art Fund charity and The Scottish Government.
