YUNIOSHI
Yunioshi are a four piece electro rock band formed in Nottingham, UK. Selected by BBC Introducing as an emerging talent to watch out for, they have been well supported by the likes of Tom Robinson on his BBC6 Music show.
Following their BBC Introducing session at Maida Vale, Yunioshi have stormed the international festival scene, appearing at Iceland Airwaves in October 2010 and 2011 as well as Canadian Music Week in Toronto. While in the UK they have performed at Summer Sundae as well as Dot To Dot and Y Not music festivals in 2011.

Their eclectic sound mixes dusty soul breakbeats, electropop and lo-fi rock . You may already recognise some of their tunes from recent adverts for ITV's Celebrity Juice, South Park, Kia and Vauxhall cars as well as Sky Sports.

Yunioshi make their live shows a party and you are all invited. Their previous EP launch at the Cafe Bar saw video projections along side the audience making robots to win prizes. All that and they make cakes for the audience to eat during their gigs? Reason enough to watch their fantastic live set for sure!

This will be your first opportunity to hear the brand new material from Yunioshi. Expect big punchy beats with nods to Beck and the fuzzed out stylings of The Flaming Lips and Tom Vek.

BLOODGROUP
Are rising Icelandic electro stars blazing a trail across the world with their own brand of electro beats. From keytars to synthesizers to some of the biggest dance beats. They’ve already gained a reputation as being one of Iceland’s hottest live acts.

Expect fuzzy LCD Soundsystem–style electro-house with sultry Madonna-esque vocals submerged in buckets of reverb.

WE SHOW UP ON RADAR
We Show Up On RadaR is multi-instrumentalist and producer Andy Wright, his vivid imagination, and the greatest anthropomorphic folk tales seen since the Brothers Grimm put down their quills. In equal parts the optimism and sheer joy of the Flaming Lips; the despair and futility of Daniel Johnston; the storytelling of Colin Meloy; and the wide-eyed imagination of a child who has stared right through the looking glass.

Expect Delicate stories winding their way through beautiful soft ballads and hushed tones. Simply magical.
