Think Tank: The Flash Journal provides an online space where people's ideas, projects and artworks can be displayed, encountered and interacted with. During the first round of submissions (Nov 2011 - May 2012) people submitted spoken word poetry, projections, photographs, a hyper-essay, a short-story, drawings and performances, in response to the work of Klaus Weber, Thomas Demand, DA/AR, Mika Rottenberg and James Gillray.

The launch event will bring together all those involved in the project including creative practitioners from across the East Midlands, students, lecturers, curators, gallery owners and gallery visitors. The evening will provide an opportunity for people to interact with the project and the responses, whilst also providing the opportunity to find out more about what Think Tank: The Flash Journal might be able to do for you/your institution.
