The Tate Movie Project is the first of its kind - an animated film made by and for children.
Come along to a special screening at Nottingham Contemporary as Tate Movie Project presents 'The Itch of the Golden Nit'.
This animated film showcases the art work of thousands of children across the UK and features the voices of celebrities including David Walliams, Miranda Hart, Harry Enfield and Catherine Tate.
Over the last year Tate, CBBC and Aardman Animations (the makers of Wallace & Gromit) have been collaborating on this uniquely ambitious project, calling out for children across the UK to get drawing and thinking of fantastic ideas for the film. Kids were invited to take part by attending animation workshops in a nationwide roadshow, and by submitting their artwork via the Tate Movie Project's interactive website.
