Outboard Motor (OM) play the music of keyboardist Dave Morecroft, official recipient of the Peter Whittingham Jazz Award 2010 with World Service Project, who are currently touring Europe under their Match&Fuse collaboration scheme.

Premiering at The Riverside Festival (Stamford) in 2010, OM have quickly gone on to establish a presence on the London scene, playing legendary hang-outs The Hideaway, The Vortex The Crypt and Servant Jazz Quarters.

Between them the group have stacked up impressive credentials with some top international artists, including Reuben Wilson, Jimmy Haslip (Yellowjackets), Eddie Henderson, Jason Rebello (Sting), Janek Gwizdala and familiar names on the London scene Alex Bonney, Dave Mannington (Loop Collective), Ben Davis (Fire Collective), Mark Holub (Led Bib), Ruth Goller (Acoustic Ladyland), Josh Blackmore, Gail Brand and Leafcutter John (Polar Bear).
