Half term activities - free family fun for all
This Half Term prepare to be amazed at Nottingham Contemporary! Our brand new exhibition, Klaus Weber opens on 22 October and it will be overflowing with weird and wonderful inventions and artworks. We’ve got tonnes of creative activities to help you explore and its all free!
Sat 22 & Sun 23 October
Free. The Space. 11am - 3pm.
Join us to make some big scale art, play games, go on art hunts and meet some special guests, all in our HUGE Space.
Tue 25 - Fri 28 October
Free. The Galleries. 11am - 3pm.
Chuck out your boring pencils and work with us to reinvent the art of drawing. Have some fun designing your own drawing machines and exploring new ways of making your mark. Some very unusual objects will also be making an appearance for you to hold and use in specially designed drawing experiments.There'll also be the chance to meet special guests from the Boots archive who will be bringing some of their amazing artefacts too.

Our week dedicated to the Big Draw comes to an end in a rather spectacular way. For the first time ever, you will have the chance to draw all over the studio walls and floors with designs as big as you can manage using some very sticky, very brightly coloured tape. Surely a great way of spending an autumn weekend...
