This sounds so interesting and will help the general public gain more understanding about art and artists. Many people including myself want to know more and due to our lack of knowledge, often fear asking questions incase we are judged by them. This can create barriers, leading people into beleiving that art is for the interlectual, rather then the masses. Hopefully with more opportunities like these discusion and talks, we can encourage everyone to take an interest in art and feel that they have ownership of public galleries and exhibition spaces and are just as entitled to comment and have an opinion on what they see before them. It will also help encourage and inspire more people to have a go in creating art work.
