A discussion by Alan Simpson
Former Nottingham South MP Alan Simpson will lead a discussion based on his global research into environmental solutions – ranging from Nottingham’s 19th century fight against cholera to new dams in the Himalayas. Representatives from the Mozes Community Energy Initiative, Stormsaver Rainwater Harvesting and The Nottingham University Hospitals Trust will illustrate how communities, the health sector and small businesses are demonstrating sustainable approaches to energy, water conservation and locally produced food.
